Skiing Tips For First Timers?

I’m going skiing for the first time this Friday-Monday with my Church Youth Group.
Does anyone have any tips as to what I should bring?
Also, how much do ski bibs cost and where could I get them?
Please make sure they are pretty inexpensive because I will only use them once.
